These files are mostly Adobe Acrobat files. Files past July 07 are Acrobat 8 files so you may need the newest reader for them. You can either click the link and your acrobat reader will start and begin to download the document to you machine for viewing. After it is completely downloaded you can save as a file. This can be difficult because if you try to page down too soon, it will look like your program is frozen, just because it's still trying to download the file. The better method is to right click with the mouse and select the "Save Target As" option simply because you get a indication of how much the file has downloaded and where you are putting it. As a general rule if you have a simple dial-up, expect about 4 minutes for every Meg of data. There is also a Family History section for those interested.

IconsThese Icon Libraries were constructed in Microangelo and the file extension was changed to DLL from ICL to make it easier for windows to locate the Library as an Icon Library. To Use, first download the Icon Library, then in the shortcut property, select change Icon and navigate to the Icon Library. You will see all the Icon choices in a dialog box, select the one you want and click OK, then in the next box APPLY and then OK. The Icon on the screen will change.
